About movie:
In a lush and lively forest lives a hedgehog. He is respected and envied by the other animals. However, Hedgehog’s unwavering devotion to his home annoys a quartet of insatiable beasts. Together, they march off towards Hedgehog’s home and spark a tense and prickly standoff.
Scriptwriter and director:
Eva Cvijanović (1984) is an animator and filmmaker focused on the storytelling potential of environments and character. Since graduating from Concordia University, she has produced and directed a five-minute independent film (Seasick, 2013), built miniature and life-sized sets for puppets and marionettes, and worked on music videos and multi-media shorts. Eva’s experience ranges from working on documentary and puppet films to videogames and more. Her latest venture is Hedgehog’s Home, an NFB/Bonobostudio stop-motion short film based on a famous tale by Branko Ćopić.
